The Essentials

You have 60 days from the day your package arrives to decide if you want to keep your items.

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, your items must be unworn, unwashed, and in the exact same condition you received them. Please ensure all original packaging and tags are intact.

We believe in fair shopping, so we never charge restocking fees.

How to Start a Return

Initiating a return is simple. Just send an email to our team at willa@by-willa.com. Please include your order number and let us know which items you wish to send back.

Once you reach out, our team will provide you with the return shipping address and instructions.

Shipping Your Package

Return shipping costs are covered by the customer.

Because packages can occasionally get lost in transit, we highly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. This ensures your return safely makes its way back to our studio.

Choosing an Exchange

If you love the style but need a different size or color, we are happy to help. Just mention that you would prefer an exchange when you email our support team, and we will check availability for you.

Processing Your Refund

Once your return arrives at our facility, our team will inspect the items to ensure they meet our return conditions.

Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days. We will issue the credit directly back to your original method of payment.

Please note that financial institutions and credit card companies can take a few extra days to post the transaction to your account.
