Shipping & Delivery

No, shipping is entirely on us. We provide complimentary standard shipping on every single order within the United States, with zero minimum purchase requirements or hidden checkout fees.

At this time, our delivery network is focused entirely within the United States. We do not offer international shipping right now.

Our typical delivery journey breaks down like this:

  • Processing: 1–2 business days to wrap and package your order.
  • Transit: 3–7 business days traveling through the postal network.
  • Total Time: You can generally expect your package at your door within 4–9 business days.

We will email you a tracking link the moment your parcel leaves our studio so you can follow its progress.

We recommend first reviewing the tracking link sent to your email for any carrier updates or weather delay notices. If your delivery window has completely passed and your package still hasn't arrived, please reach out to willa@by-willa.com so our team can investigate.

Payments, Returns, & Exchanges

We want you to love your silhouette. If a piece isn't quite right, you have 60 days from the day of delivery to request a return. Simply drop us a line at willa@by-willa.com to get the process started.

Yes, we gladly accommodate exchanges for eligible items if you need a better fit or prefer an alternative shade. Contact our support team at willa@by-willa.com and we will check our current inventory for you.

Once your return arrives back at our facility and passes quality inspection, we will issue your refund within 7 days. Keep in mind that your specific banking institution or credit card provider may take a few additional business days to post the funds back to your account statement.
